What is your return policy?
You may return any unopened products within 30 days of purchase. At Verelle, your safety is of the utmost importance to us. That’s why we cannot restock hairwash or conditioner once they have been opened due to health / safety concerns. Where are Verelle products made?
All Verelle products are formulated and manufactured in the USA in GMP-compliant and FDA-registered facilities.
Do your products contain sulfates, parabens, or silicones?
Our products contain absolutely no sulfates or parabens or silicones! Our products are also free of phthalates, formaldehydes, petrolatum, paraffin, DEA, triclosan and other harsh chemicals. We’re very serious about only using ingredients that are clean and safe for you.
Why do you not use sulfates, parabens, or silicones?
It’s in the best interest of curls. These ingredients can be harsh on curls by stripping their natural oils, blocking moisture, and causing buildup that can weigh them down.
Do you test your products on animals?
Absolutely not! No Verelle product is tested on animals.
Will the colors of the product affect or tint my hair color?
All our products are color-safe!
Are your products safe for keratin-treated hair?
Yes they are! Since our products are sulfate-free, they will be much gentler on keratin-treated hair than a normal shampoo would be.
What is the difference between Verelle's curl cream, milky cream, and styling cream?
All three products are great for defining, styling and moisturizing your curls without adding weight. The soft curl cream has a light hold and is recommended for wavy or curly hair. The milky curl cream has a flexible medium hold and is recommended for curly hair or as a primer for coily hair. The styling cream has more hold and moisture than the curl cream / milky cream and is recommended for kinky-coily hair.
I'm interested in trying out Verelle's products, do you have trial products?
Yes we do! Due to popular customer demand, we've listened to what you said and added 'mini sets' and 'mini styler trios' for customers who want to try out Verelle's 3-step routine or our variety of stylers.
I'm concerned about the planet and the effect of these plastic bottles. What is Verelle doing about this?
So are we - that's why we use recyclable plastic. This also helps to reduce our carbon footprint as glass bottles are significantly heavier to ship. Our plastic bottles and jars should be accepted at most curbside recycling programs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay (buy now, pay later).
Do you offer the option to buy now pay later?
Yes - for orders that are $50 or more, you can check out with Shop Pay to buy now and pay later. Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 biweekly installment payments with 0% interest and no late fees.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged once you finish the checkout process.
